You can park at Rocca al Mare Centre in the outdoor parking area in front of the centre or in the rooftop car park. The rooftop car park is open daily from 10:00 to 23:00. Parking spaces for visitors with disabilities and families are available in all parking areas.
The first 2 hours of parking are free for all visitors. You can conveniently monitor your parking parkimisaeg.snabb.ee
The free parking allowance is calculated as the total of all parking sessions during the same day.
If your total parking time exceeds 2 hours, parking becomes chargeable. Paid parking must be activated in the Snabb app, the pargi.ee app or by sending an SMS to 1902 (Zone X9). Parking fee: €1 per 30 minutes.

Parking Charges After the Free Period
After the free parking period ends, every started 30-minute period costs 1€. Paid parking can be activated via Snabb app, pargi.ee app, or by sending an SMS to 1902.
3–4 Hours of Free Parking Through Service Providers
Visitors using the gym, beauty services, or the children's play area are entitled to an extended free parking period. This benefit must be registered with the respective service provider.
Convenience Parking (Zone X122)
Convenience Parking spaces located directly in front of the shopping centre entrance are subject to a parking fee from the first minute.
Estonia’s first Convenience Parking area is located in front of the main entrance and offers premium parking closest to the entrance. The concept is designed for visitors who value speed and convenience, prefer not to spend time searching for a parking space, and are willing to pay for immediate access. The Convenience Parking rows are located near the Prisma entrance and are clearly marked.
Parking Terms and Conditions at Rocca al Mare Centre
- By entering the parking area, the driver enters into a parking agreement with the parking operator and agrees to comply with these parking terms and conditions.
- To start parking via SMS, send a text message to 1902 containing your vehicle registration number, followed by a space and the parking zone code. For example: 123ABC X9. To end your parking session, call 1903.
- Vehicles must be parked and driven only in accordance with the installed traffic control devices (direction signs, road markings, traffic signs) and/or the instructions of the parking operator.
- Parking and driving within the parking area are at the driver’s own risk.
- If a driver parks or drives in violation of these parking terms and conditions, the parking operator has the right to impose a contractual penalty of €50, which the driver is obliged to pay.
- If a vehicle is parked in violation of these parking terms and conditions, obstructs traffic, inconveniences or endangers other users of the parking area, the vehicle may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense and responsibility.
- Driving lessons are not permitted in the parking area.
- From 1 July 2026, parking at Rocca al Mare Centre is managed by Snabb OÜ. Further information, including instructions for submitting enquiries and complaints, is available on the Snabb website.
