1. GET A PURCHASE RECEIPT FROM THE RETAILER
You will get a VAT receipt from the retailer when making a purchase.
2. GET CUSTOMS CONFIRMATION
Show the goods, passport and VAT receipt(s) to customs at the point when you leave the EU. Customs will approve your VAT receipt(s) by stamping the receipts.
3. GETTING PAID
Present your stamped tax refund receipts and passport at a Global Blue Customer Services refund point and they´ll issue your refund immediately, either by transfer to your credit card or by cash.
- The VAT rate is 20%. Your refund amount is the VAT less an administration fee.
- Minimum purchase amount in store per day is 38,01 EUR (including VAT).
- Customs confirmation of export should be received in a period not exceeding 3 months, counting from the end of the month in which the purchase was made.
